Becoming an Explore Eden Land Host
By listing a property with Explore Eden, landowners can earn another source of income with property they already own (read: turn that RV into an investment property) while providing unique outdoor experiences for Ashevillians and folks visiting our community.
The payoff? Land Hosts can potentially pay their property taxes for the year (or generate passive income) by hosting alone. Bonus: Explore Eden is now offering $500 guaranteed to their first five Land Hosts in the AVL area.

We love a good collab. đ
Recently, local cheesemonger Ali Raeâs Pimento Cheese created a whipped feta cheese featuring dill, thyme, and preserved lemons from Fermenti Foods. We donât know about yâall, but we feel like this would taste great on a toasted piece of raisin flax bread from OWL Bakery, or simply by the spoonful if youâre not into a carbed-out intermediary.
What other local collabs are you loving? Let us know. |
